極上美メロの英国産ジャズビート「A1. Footprints On The Moon」が実に素晴らしい。派手さは無いですが、感動的なスケールの大きな名曲です。英国のトランペット奏者/作編曲家Johnny Harrisが1970年に残した傑作『Movements』からのシングル。一部の楽曲は麻薬中毒患者を描いた映画のサントラで使われており、そのサウンドはややサイケながらタイトなビートとセンス溢れるアレンジに彩られた美しくも壮大なモノ。爆走する「B1. Lulu's Theme」も格好良いインストです。
1969年のフランス盤です。ジャケットはオリジナル・デザインです。
